Delivery, Return & Refund

Delivery Policy

Inspection :

Goods must be inspected by the customer for defects and errors. Errors or defects must be reported to us within 48hrs after delivery. 

Delivery:

We will always do our best to offer second day deliveries in Cape Town Only, for which the cut off is 12pm on the trading day of purchase.

We will contact you once your order and delivery address is received. 
Delivery will only take place once the full amount has been paid and reflects in the Echo Home bank account.
If we have a delivery backlog please expect delays as we clear the backlog, this may be up to 5 working days.

How many days my order will take to process?
Maximum Order may take up to 14 working days

except customized order.

If we are unable to fulfill an order due to whatever reason you will be notified and be entitled to a refund of the amount and we will not be liable for any damage incurred due to our inability to provide the products ordered.

Any order reserved for later delivery will be charged a storage fee of 5% of the invoice value of the order.

Installation:

Our professional installation team will provide the to door installation service only if you purchased Office Furniture product which will be fixed.

Warranty:

Our goods carry a 6 month factory warranty for faulty workmanship and defective materials but subject to due care and maintenance, misuse, damaged by accident or negligence.

Refund & Return Policy

Return & Exchange:

Returns to us will be at your expense. If we, for some reason pay the costs relating to any return by you, we shall be entitled to claim a refund of any such payment form you and you shall refund any and all amounts to us on demand. We do not accept any returns unless the goods supplied by us are in their original packaging and have not been opened by you.

Refunds:

Refunds will be at the discretion of Echo Home , based on condition of the returned furniture and the merit of each refund request.

No refunds will be considered after 7 days since purchased.
Amounts to be refunded will take place between 7 and 14 days after the furniture has been returned and the refund claim form has been completed.
No refunds on special or customized orders will be allowed.

Cancellation:

You may in certain instances cancel your order. You can cancel your order before it is not dispatched for delivery please contact us asap . If your order have already left Echo Home warehouse, you will be liable for the delivery fee and a cancellation fee of 10% of the total price of the order. We will process refunds once we have confirmed that the product have been returned to our warehouse and inspected.  Please see our refund policy.
